Lie on back with one leg bent, foot on the ground and the other over top, ankle on the knee (making a 4 shape)

Anchor ankle in place with one hand and place other hand on the knee, and •gently• push knee away

Loop hands through bottom and lift both together straight up toward chest

Release slightly and bring legs toward shoulder

Release slightly and bring legs back toward chest

Release slightly and bring legs toward other shoulder

Place bottom foot back on the ground and anchor the ankle again

Drop top leg down so that foot lands flat on the floor, body twisting gently


Breathe

Repeat on other leg
