LOW IMPACT HIIT WORKOUT
This is a quick view of a short and easy low impact workout that is great for people who are just getting back into exercise or are just getting started.
Each move is 45 sec on with 15 sec of active recovery (light jog on the spot) between each move. Once you have gone through the circuit once take a 1 min break and then go through it 2 more times for a total of 3 circuits. Enjoy!
- Squatted Side to Side Step
- Front Kick
- Elevated Mountain Climber
- Squat to alternating side punch
- Elevated Burpees
- Inside Toe Tap
