5 MOVES FOR STRONGER GLUTES
We all know and like the visual benefits of having strong glutes but there are so many more benefits that are often overlooked. Having strong glutes help with proper knee tracking, reducing lower back stress, causes strong hip extension and improves hip mobility.
Here are 5 of my favourite glute moves that will not just get you a good looking backside but better overall health.
- Elevated Glute Bridge (1 min)
- Fire Hydrant (30 sec each side)
- Glute Kickback (30 sec each side)
- Clamshell (30 sec each side)
- Plank with glute kickback (30 sec each side)
Repeat this circuit 2-3 times. Enjoy!
