COFFEE TABLE WORKOUT
This is an approximately 30 min workout you can do in your living room! (If you don’t have a coffee table a couch or sturdy chair work as well)
- 1min Elevated Burpees
- 30 sec each side Power Knees
- 30 sec – 1 min (depends on fitness level) Elevated Pushups
- 1min Elevated Squat Thrusts
- 1min V in/out abs
- 30 sec – 1 min (depends on fitness level) Tricep Dips
- 1min Elevated Mountain Climbers
- 30 sec each side Elevated Side Plank
Repeat the circuit 3x with a 1 min break between each circuit!
Don’t forget to do a 3-5 min warm up before you start and a cool down once you are finished. Enjoy!
** Make sure that you keep your core tight when in the plank position to help protect your lower back. All exercises are performed at your own risk**
